Set the Tax Rate at $0.2514 per $100.00 of taxable value for the purpose of Maintenance and Operations.

Set the Tax Rate at $0.0540 per $100.00 of taxable value for the purpose of Lateral Roads.

Set the Tax Rate at $0.0113 per $100.00 of taxable value for the purpose of Debt Service.

Decrease the property tax rate by adopting a Tax Rate of $0.3167 per $100.00 of value, which is effectively a 1.99% increase over the No New Revenue Rate.
